A Bunch of Nobodies!
I don't know if you "tweet" a lot or just read everybody else's posts like I do, but this one hit me square between the eyes. Lee J. Colan, the co-founder of The L Group, a leadership and organizational development firm recently tweeted the following:
"The best teams are made up of a bunch of bodies who love everybody & serve anybody & don't care about becoming a somebody."
This statement, in and of itself, could become a best seller.  If we would just stop for a minute and contemplate the depth, yet simplicity of this statement, it could potentially change our schools and workplaces.
We tend to spend too much time worrying all about the wrong things.  Rather than invest our efforts on those around us, we take care of ourselves first and foremost.  We relish in the race to get to the top without fully realizing that it is by lifting each other up that we all get there together. I don't know about you, but I want to be a somebody by loving everybody while serving anybody and then having the privilege of seeing them do the same for others.

Sister Dianne Rumschlag, Executive Director of Education at the Guardian Schools in Jacksonville, reports, "We are building a brand new school to open in August 2017 to serve 400+ students on the Northside of Jacksonville. This building project is one of the largest projects happening in the 32206 zip code and will truly make a difference for the students we can serve. We will be able to serve more students, up to 500, in the new building! The Guardian Office is getting demolished today to make room for temporary cafeteria. This is very exciting! I cannot wait for August! St. Pius and Holy Rosary will be combining into one location. St. Pius currently serves 125 students receiving Florida Tax Credit scholarships, which is about 80% of our eligible population. Holy Rosary has 118 students on the tax credit scholarship."
