Another record is set for HiSET graduates

This year, in our Adult Education program, we have already set a new record for the number of students to pass their HiSET exam. We have had 14 pass all 5 sections of the test to date compared with 20 for the entire previous fiscal year.

When asked what they thought of the HiSET program here, one student had this to say: "All of the tutors and staff are good at what they do. They make everything easy and have supported me the whole way. Beverly Bootstraps has made me feel welcome. I would not be where I am today without them."

The former GED high school equivalency test, was reworked and renamed in 2014, and is now a more rigorous computer-based test, aligned with common core standard.
