Remember Dr. Seuss books? Colorful, a little wacky, and just plain fun? Turns out, March 2nd is Dr. Seuss' birthday, and it's designated as "Read Across America Day".

Much like journaling, research has shown reading to be helpful for stress reduction. This month we're combining the two for a light-hearted edition of Step 2 Journaling. Enjoy!

Step 2 Journaling Exercise

Channel your inner Dr. Seuss and get your creative juices flowing with this fun story-writing exercise.
