Introduction to Customer-Focused Innovation
Digital Rochester hosts session on turning customer innovation into business growth
Rochester, NY - On Feb. 21, 2017 Digital Rochester's Women in Technology Special Interest Group (SIG) will present "Customer-Focused Innovation" at Locust Hill Country Club at 5:30 p.m. At this event, organizations will discover how to connect with customers and effectively listen to their needs in order to determine innovative solutions that drive business growth.
 
Those looking to know more about customer innovation should attend this session. Participants will leave with knowledge of tools and techniques that use customer innovation to strengthen organizations for future development.
 
Event attendees will hear from the keynote speaker, Alissa Doose, Innovation Catalyst, United Technologies Research Center, who will introduce the concept of customer innovation and present tools and techniques to drive innovation grounded in real customer needs. Then, a community panel will address questions such as what customer innovation means to them, how they have applied it, the benefits they have gained, and the business impact they have driven. Participants will also have an opportunity to interact with the speakers and network with other attendees.
