Overall crime in the Westshore Business District has continued to decline since 2013. Part one offenses are down 9.6% for 2016 vs 2015, and down 14.5% since 2013.

SAFETY & SECURITY SERIES: Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) CPTED
In partnership with the Tampa Police Department, we  invite you to join us at Tampa Police District One headquarters on Friday, March 3, 8:30-9:30AM  to learn more about CPTED, a program designed to reduce opportunities of crime that may be inherent in the design of structures or in the design of neighborhoods. A one-hour company investment will yield better security and peace of mind!
Space is limited, RSVP required.

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS Access
The Emergency Access Card Program was developed to assist emergency and rescue crews identify those individuals authorized to enter the Westshore Business District following a disaster or emergency.

Ready Business - preparedness planning for your business.

Hillsborough County Office of Emergency Management - the OEM is responsible for planning and coordinating actions to prepare, respond, and recover from natural or man-made disasters in Hillsborough County.
ACTIVE SHOOTER - would you know what to do?
In partnership with the Tampa Police Department, "Active Shooter Preparedness" is being offered as a courtesy to the Westshore business community in response to the need to protect employees and the public against threats of armed violence.
