Each year
Home & Design® magazine and International Design Source partner with an industry notable who is teamed with a local interior designer, builder, architect and other key trades to create the Signature Home.

The 2017 Signature Home is a spectacular $7.25 million dollar residence on prestigious Gulfshore Boulevard in Naples and
will feature the talents of Lillian August and her line of furniture and fabrics. Local interior designer Suzanne Costa of Naples and New York will be working with Lillian and the builder, KW Properties.
Products will be sourced through International Design Source, Southwest Florida's largest trade-only supplier of Lillian August Fine Furnishings.
Lillian August is invited to the Luxury Home Show (January 13-14, 2017) at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida where the home is showcased to the thousands that attend. The Signature Home will also be featured on the Naples Garden Club's 62 annual House & Garden Tour, with proceeds benefiting the Garden Club and the local charities they support.

Robert Allen presents Enchanted Color, a new collection inspired by the moody, ephemeral hues of a moonlit forest as it transitions from autumn to winter. Anchored by the soft, deep hues of Moss, Blush, Blue Pine and Twilight, mimicking the colors found in lichen, seedpods, branches, fallen leaves and other organic material that collect on a forest floor.
