What's happening Around School...

Parent/Teacher Conferences-
At this time, you should have received an email from Principal  Andy  Phillips explaining  the following information :

Middle school conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 2 and Friday, March 3 (12:55-2:50).  As in the past, parents will have the opportunity to schedule a conference with any one of their child's Core teachers.  Special Area teachers will be available for drop-in conferences. 
Conferences can be scheduled online using Home Access Center (https://hac.tesd.net/ ).  While HAC remains open throughout the school year, online conference scheduling will only be available from Friday, February 10th(10:00AM) through Friday, February 17th (11:59PM).  Please call T/E Middle School's main office at (610)240-1200 if there are no available conference times for the teacher that you prefer to meet with or if you would like to make any changes after the scheduling window closes.
Instructions for accessing the scheduling system can be found by clicking here.   If you have forgotten your HAC username or password, please follow the link on the HAC homepage to recover your login information.  Parents who do not have internet access or who prefer not to schedule online will still have the option of scheduling by phone by contacting T/E Middle School's main office at (610)240-1200.

Please have your child stop in the office to make sure all paperwork is in. Students need forms in to tryout or to start practice.
All forms for new and returning student athletes can be picked up in the main office or downloaded from here or from the TEMS Athletics website.

5th/6th Grade Social Sign Up NOW...
This is a half day of school due to Parent/Teacher Conferences. 

When:  Friday, March 3rd, 2017 (Conference Day-Half Day of School)
Where: Arnold's Family Fun Center in Oaks -2200 West Drive, Phoenixville, PA
Time: 12:30pm Parent Drop Off- 3:00pm Parent Pick up at Arnold's
Cost:  $22.50 Includes Go Karts, Laser tag,                     Bumper cars, Black Light Mini Golf, 500 play pass points for arcade, pizza & hot dogs and more!!

-To Pay by Cash or Check, complete and return this form to TEMS Main Office with $22.50 by  February 24th.
All checks should be made out to TEMS PTO.
- To Pay by Credit Card, complete this   form and click button below "Pay by PayPal." You will be directed on how to pay.
Walk-ins allowed the day of the event,  $25.00 cash only.
No opened-toed shoes or flip flops permitted.
Lunch will be served 12:30-1:30pm. Flyer

TEMS Ice Skating Social

Philadelphia Skating Club & Humane Society

A great family and friends event open to all TEMS families. Entrance is $10/skater ($5 will go to nonprofit voted on by participants).
$5 for skate rental. Admission is free for non-skaters.

A Call For Donations...

We are collecting donations of goods and services to be auctioned off at our annual PTO Parent Social whose proceeds will directly benefit our children and school.

If you have a donation ready to bring in, please fill out the Donation Form and send it along with your item into school with your child or drop it off at the office to the attention of "PTO Parent Social." 

Also, new this year: An Amazon.com Wish List!
We have set up a wish list of items on Amazon.com that can be purchased by you online. It is as easy as clicking on this  link  and purchasing the item right from Amazon. The items will be sent directly to the organizers of the event and will be auctioned off the night of the social.
