How To Lose Your Belly Fat
(Part 3)

What Can You Do?

 1 . Switch To HIIT - high-intensity interval training
Repeatedly  exercise at a high intensity  for 30 to 75 seconds, separated by two to three minutes of recovery. Burst trainers have far  more fat loss  compared with endurance trainers.

2. Eat Clean Protein that is anti-inflammatory
Overeating carbs can  lead  to weight gain. Find clean proteins that are  anti-inflammatory-  lentils, legumes, cold-water, low-mercury, wild-caught seafood like salmon, cod, and steel head trout; and pastured and wild meats, elk, bison, and grass-fed beef.

3.  Eat foods High in Omega 3 FATS (in particular DHA)
PURSLANE a super green food with highest source of Omega 3 and Melatonin that helps reverse the harmful changes to belly fat produced by fructose.
Tip: Grow it in your garden and add to your salad!

4. Get regular sleep (7-8 hrs)
You need 7 to 8.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep to burn visceral fat. Sleep keeps cortisol and insulin in check.

5. Skip the Alcohol
Do you want alcohol or abs? Drinking in the evening especially raises insulin and lowers growth hormone leading to belly fat.

6. Mindful exercises
Practice daily stay-in-the-moment exercises especially while eating. Eat with your non-dominant hand. Try chopsticks! Place your fork down between bites. Check in on how you are feeling and identify any emotion that leads to fake hunger. Meditate!

7. Mini-fast
Intermittent fasting   reducing  visceral fat. Best to do fast overnight as it encourages fat burning and elevates growth hormone. Unfortunately, women need to work a little harder than men for the same benefit: for women, aim for an 18-hour window; for guys, 16 hours.
