How To Lose Your Belly Fat
(Part 2)

1. Do You Have  Food  Intolerance & Allergies?
 Inflammation of the bowel due to food intolerance, pesticides, preservatives and chemicals can  raise stress hormones, such as cortisol and activate the immune system. So Zero-Calorie foods like diet sodas can cause belly fat! Get it Tested :)

2. Are you aware of Endocrine Disruptors in your home?
Artificial chemicals called 'obesogens' or 'endocrine disruptors' and known to contribute to obesity. These are  found in various food containers, baby bottles, toys, plastics, cookware and cosmetics.

* BPA in plastic and canned foods
* Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA) - a Compound found in Non-     Stick Cookware is associated with weight gain.
Phthalates  used to make plastic flexible 
Parabens in makeup and personal hygiene products
Atrazine, a herbicide and other fertilizers, and pesticides           used in the United States are correlated with obesity.

What can you do?
  1. Eat organic produce and naturally raised/fed animals.
  2. Avoid foods and beverages that have been stored in plastic containers.
  3. Use stainless steel or quality aluminum water bottles instead of plastic.
  4. Parents, do NOT feed your babies from plastic bottles. Use glass bottles instead.
  5. Instead of non-stick cookware, use cast iron, ceramic or stainless steel.
  6. Use organic, natural cosmetics.
