The Chaver Program

Monday, February 27  5:30 pm
Susie Adler from the RI Jewish Seniors Agency returns to Hillel to train student volunteers  to become friendly visitors to the elderly in nursing homes or private residences. Come learn how you can be part of this big mitzvah! For more information contact Lindsay.
Passover Meals Planning Meeting
Tuesday, February 28  5 pm
Hillel is exploring revamping its kosher-for-Passover meal offerings this year. If you need/want kosher for Passover meals during the holiday (April 10-18), come share your thoughts. If you are interested but can't make the meeting, please contact Amy.
Israeli Fashion Show with Liraz Cohen 
Wednesday, March 1 8pm 
Quinn Hall Auditorium 
Come to or model in a fashion show highlighting Israeli fashions over the decades. Liraz Cohen is an Israeli fashion designer and blogger currently studying at FIT in NYC who will orchestrate and narrate this student-led fashion show. Please contact Yaniv at if you are interested in being a model. URI Digs Israel: An Archaeological Adventure
