March 3rd, 2017
Greetings to you all!
Start to check your e-mail for admission decisions!
You made it through the college and financial aid application process! Congratulations to those of you who have already received college admission offers! You should receive all your admission offers by the end of March, so make sure to check your e-mail often in the next few days.

You have until May 1st to decide which college you will be attending this Fall 2017. You should not accept your admission offer without checking your financial aid award letter.

In the next upcoming months, continue to apply for scholarships--you never know what you might be eligible for, unless you apply!

CSU Placement Test
The CSU requires you to take the English Placement Test (EPT) and the Entry-Level Mathematics Test
(ELM) before you enroll. Your scores will determine which Math and English courses you should take to
begin your career at CSU. These tests are not an admission requirement. However, they are a
requirement for enrollment.

If you are not exempt from taking the EPT or the ELM, make sure to register for a test no later than
May 1.
You may be exempt from taking the EPT and/or ELM;

How will my financial aid look like?
Mistakes to avoid during your senior year!
CSU Placement Tests: Practice Questions
Once you have completed your FAFSA OR CA Dream act application, each college will send you a financial aid award letter.

Your Financial Aid Award letter will be a combination of grants, work-study and loans.

It is very important that you do not commit to a university without taking a look at your financial aid award letter.

Your senior year still counts; so stay focused! Colleges and Universities check your second semester of your senior year. Here are some DO NOT DOs during your senior year.

Here are some practice questions to help you prepare for your EPT and ELM Test!
