CEO NOLAND CONNECTS WITH P.R.A.Y. CONSTITUENTS
Jason Noland has done an excellent job of reaching out to the denominations and youth agencies that P.R.A.Y. serves. One of his top priorities is strengthening ties with the P.R.A.Y. constituency. Jason has met with an impressive number of people representing the following groups:
Boy Scouts of America's national program department, Association of Baptists for Scouting, National Lutheran Association on Scouting, National Association of Presbyterian Scouters, National Jewish Committee on Scouting, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), African Methodist Episcopal Church, United Methodist Men, and the American Heritage Girls. Give Jason some time and the list will be even longer. Please do not feel that one group has been neglected over another. Jason is eager to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones.

Jason has also been making presentations on Faith Based Initiatives and religious awards. He has been on the Central Regional conference calls and has traveled to the BSA Western Regional Conference in California, the Greater St. Louis Area Merit Badge University in Cape Girardeau, and the Andrew Jackson Council volunteer and staff training in Jackson, MS.

Just yesterday (March 2, 2017), Jason attended the Recognition Banquet for Lincoln Heritage Council's Four Rivers District in Paducah, KY where he was part of the launching of a new Religious Emblems initiative and had the privilege of presenting a Four Star Award - P.R.A. Y.'s highest award - to Justin B. (see article below).

And, of course, CEO Noland has been connecting with the P.R.A.Y. Board of Directors and Endowment Committee. His first face-to-face meetings will be in March. The board meeting will involve a full agenda of business to advance the P.R.A.Y. mission.

Jason's future travel schedule includes the Central Regional All Hands conference, BSA Annual Meeting, and GSUSA's 2017 National G.I.R.L. Convention.

CEO NOLAND PRESENTS FOUR-STAR AWARD TO JUSTIN B.
P.R.A.Y. CEO Jason Noland was pleased to present the Four-Star Award to Justin B. at the Annual Recognition Banquet of Lincoln Heritage Council's Four Rivers District in Paducah, KY on March 2, 2017. The Four-Star Award is P.R.A.Y.'s highest award and honors those young people who have completed all four levels in the P.R.A.Y. Series while in the appropriate grade. P.R.A.Y. had been anticipating Justin's Four-Star achievement for years and was pleased to be part of the recognition ceremony. Justin is no stranger to P.R.A.Y.  He was featured as a Spotlight story for his Easter basket campaign. As a service project for his God and Family award in 2010, Justin completed an Easter basket drive to reach out to children in need. It turned into an annual campaign which Justin calls "Easter Goodies from Youth to Youth." This Easter will make it 7 years in a row. According to Jason Noland, "P.R.A.Y. is proud of all Four-Star Recipients. We believe our program helps young people to grow stronger in faith and challenges them to grow in servant leadership, and Justin has shown us what that looks like."
