Students spent much of February studying significant themes and people through four broad periods of Black History. Each grade group was tasked with creating a poster, video, and presentation. The projects were well-done and thoughtful, prompting meaningful group discussion and personal meditations--and the recognition that Black History is not meant to be studied and celebrated once a year, but should be recognized in each young man's personal, academic, and spiritual journeys.
