Last week, we announced that Kari Wiersema had taken a full-time position at APS and would no longer be able to serve as a counselor at ACS. In the near term, Kelly Baker will step in to this position as needed. Mrs. Baker is a Paraprofessional at ACS and has a Masters in Social Work. She has experience in a school setting and we are blessed to have her help in this area. While Mrs. Baker is covering the counseling position, if your child has a need, you can email Brian Koetje at bkoetje@allendalechristian.com or Mrs. Baker at kbaker@allendalechristian.com. We are working on a long-term possibility for the position, but that will not likely occur until later in the school year or until next year.

ACS is looking for more people to be on a substitute teaching list. If you would like to be on a list, and have some experience in education, please contact Brian Koetje at bkoetje@allendalechristian.com .

Fundraiser for Open Doors  Look for the cookie table in the rotunda next week. Cookies and brownies will sell for $.50 with all money going to Open Doors.  Thank you Maddie Breuker for organizing this event!
