Farm to School Awareness Day
On February 8, Farm to School champions spoke directly to our Senators in Montpelier to advocate for the expansion of   Farm to School programming. As one third grader put it, "We need Farm to School because it is important for us to have access to healthy food so we can have a healthy life." Read more of the testimonies here.

The Spark of Creativity: "Musical Pursuits" Conversation Series
Where do ideas come from? How do you pursue them?
Join moderator Fran Stoddard, former VPR and Vermont PBS host, for a three-part series exploring the 'Spark of Creativity' through the lenses of music, entrepreneurism, and education. The series kicks off with  Ryan Miller of Guster and Alex Crothers of Higher Ground on Wednesday, March 8 at Shelburne Museum.
Four Chefs for Kids: An Evening to Benefit Jr Iron Chef VT

Jr Iron Chef VT is turning 10! To celebrate, we're bringing together four Vermont chefs to prepare a culinary extravaganza: Doug Paine of Bleu and Juniper, Phillip Clayton of The Farmhouse Group, Eric Warnstedt of Hen of the Wood, and dessert by Sweet Simone's. Jr Iron Chef VT is a project of VT FEED, a partnership of the Farm & NOFA-VT.
