Free Merc Demo in Ft. Myers, FL Area take a test drive or learn about outboards Feb. 24-25!

Take a boat test drive, enjoy food at FREE Boat Demo event Feb. 24-25 at York Road Marine on Pine Island (just outside Fort Myers, FL). We went to one of these and they were great fun, plus informative! Just mention Ladies, Let's Go Fishing and they will make a small donation to our cause per person!

Take a test drive on any of six boats, learn about outboard innovations, mingle with other boaters and anglers, enjoy free food and drink, and enter to win a Mercury outboard or YETI cooler! York Road Marine and Mercury are conducting a Free Boat Demo event at York Road Marine in St. James City on Pine Island near Ft. Myers, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24 & 25, from 10 to 4 p.m. A great opportunity to learn and experience outboards.

For each adult member who attends and mentions Ladies, Let's Go Fishing at registration, Mercury will donate $5 to our organization - which would certainly help our nonprofit cause!

No need to register online - just show up and make sure you say Hello!

The address for York Road Marine is 3446 York Rd., St. James City on Pine Island. The phone number is (239) 283-1149.

There are no obligations on your part to do anything but register to win a Mercury FourStroke outboard (your choice up to 150HP). You'll also be entered to win a YETI cooler!

If you want to learn a bit about boat handling, here's your chance!

If you want to talk with leading experts in the field on propping, motors and the latest technology or take a test drive, wonderful ... but not required.

Feel free to ask how to keep an outboard running perfectly, maintenance tips, difference between two-stroke and four-stroke outboards and become generally more familiar with outboards.

You don't have to attend a lecture, listen to a sales pitch, or even take a test drive if you choose not to. Nor will you receive phone calls.

Meet up with a bunch of like-minded ladies interested in fishing and have a fun, zero-pressure event.

LLGF Events where you need to register ASAP
Ft. Myers/Matlacha/Pine Island area, FL Gulf Coast Inshore Fishing March 11-12:

We will be closing this one soon as the charters and hotels are selling out fast. This is prime scalloping season so it's urgent now to sign up. We have a few rooms at Plantation Inn at Crystal River at low rates for this time, still available. See our website. So by end of Feb. there may not be rooms nor scalloping boats. Our boats take six max with a guide.

For all if you want to register a male or teen it's ok, for these and our international trips!

The Cuba Trips include hotel, guide, driver, Cuba Visa and many meals! Plus you get picked up in a 57 Chevy or vintage American car and do all your tours and transportation in these cool cars! You are taken care of, door to door with a guide who speaks English! We had so much fun the last time, join us gals and/or guys! Get in touch with our agent now to secure your spot and get the best airfares. LLGF does not take a fee. Once you fill out the form on our website, we put you in touch with our agent who sets up a legal tour for you (note tourism by Americans is still banned but our agenda gets you in!). Our last trip was amazing! My book about Cuba travel will be available soon. We are not fishing - with only four nights we prefer to see this unique country we have never before been allowed to visit. You can ask for an add on if you want to stay longer and go fishing or diving these pristine waters or skip the tours and do this.

If you can't make these dates and have a party of 4 or more our Cuban connection can set a trip for you another time and you can pick where you want to go. I am writing a book about first time travel to Cuba and will let you know when it is available. The time to go is NOW. This is a civilization lost in time in the 1950's, amazing as they are only 90 miles from our modern world in the U.S.
