Welcome to Whelden
This month, we had the pleasure of adding two new librarian assistants to our team. Please join us in welcoming Danielle Raciti and Liz Merna, and be sure to say hello the next time you are in!
What We've Been Up To

We had a great time during Debbie Richmond's visit! Naturalist and former employee for Roger Williams Park Zoo and Cape Wildlife Center, Debbie held an evening event sharing her experiences with polar bears during an excursion to Churchill, Manitoba Canada. Through Debbie's film presentation, book display and media handouts, we learned so much about these majestic creatures.

For our Kid's Winter Craft, we made paper roll snowmen, which was a big hit, and they came out adorable!

To learn more about our scheduled events, be sure to stay connected to our Facebook page and check our website often for calendar updates and program details.
