Bridging the Political Divide
Sundays, March 12 and 19, 11:30 a.m.

Struggling to bridge the political divide? Learn how to walk through our divisive political climate with grace and peace. In a two-session discussion series facilitated by Mother Jenny, we will view and discuss video clips in which author Parker J. Palmer shares inspirational and practical knowledge on how Christians might approach deep political division. This class will meet in the Conference Room. Registration is not required.
Did Henry VIII really start a church?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Father Steve will begin his six-week course, "Faith and Practice" for people wanting to know more about the Episcopal Church and the Christian faith.  The first class will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 19, in the Choir Classroom (upstairs above the Parish Hall).  Topics covered during the course include worship, the Book of Common Prayer, history, polity, Holy Scripture, moral decision making, and prayer.

Are you interested in this project?  Please join us in the Conference Room as we continue our planning and preparation for the playground. If you have questions, please contact Warren Gartner at kwgartner@sbcglobal.net.
"Pause with Purpose...Finding Your Space"
Saturday, February 10, 10:00 a.m.

Women of St. Christopher's, please join the Daughters of the King for a special program presented by Dorinda Dick. The content is about retreating to find your relationship with God.  It is about being still and listening...not as the world gives you, but as God speaks to you in silence and calm.

Pause with purpose is intentionally finding the space and time to be nearer to God and to awaken your daily spirit in walking with Christ. It is about finding avenues to pause and be silent. The presentation will be in the Parlor.

The Choir's membership includes professional and semi-professional musicians and serious amateurs who meet for weekly rehearsals and perform eight to twelve concerts a year.
The choir includes trumpets, trombones, horns, euphoniums, tubas, and percussion.
A free will offering will be collected to support one of St. Christopher's outreach charities, Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank.
