Catholic Schools Week! I hope you enjoy our collection of many wonderful moments, which included Spelling Bees, Curriculum Fair and mass with Bishop Rojas! There were so many activities...it actually lasted a bit longer than a week for us. But, when you are celebrating our children and our faith, does anyone really mind? J
Students from first to eighth grade competed in our annual Junior High Spelling Bee
(5-8) and Primary Spelling Bee
(1-4). The following students were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each Spelling Bee.

Trinity Lee has won 1st place in our Junior High Spelling Bee for the
past three years! She will be representing St. Therese in a regional spelling competition. Good luck Trinity!

100 Days of School
Early Childhood students celebrated 100 days of school by counting off to 100 in their classroom presentations and classwork.

St. Therese School Geography Bee Winners
St. Therese had quite the battle of Geography Bee contestants this year. In the end, Tiffany Tse (5th grade) came in first place and Emmanuel Scott (8th grade) in second place. Congratulations to our first and second place winners and to all who competed in this year's Geography Bee! Tiffany is advancing to the state qualifying round. Good luck Tiffany!!

We are busy putting together another fantastic Chinese New Year event to share with everyone on March 4th. Parents have received packets for the benefit that includes everything you need to know. Please take a moment to review these materials and consider all the ways you can participate in this important fundraising event. You can also find all of this information on the CNY Page on the website including the letter in both English and Chinese!
Note that
Friday, February 13th is the deadline for submitting any of the forms in your CNY packet.Please purchase your event tickets and submit any auction donation forms in as soon as possible so that we may be sure to include all donations in our program booklet.
We are also asking parents to
invite family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. to become involved in our CNY event by forward this email or encouraging them to visit our
