Multicultural students have a long history of accomplishments at ISU beyond Jack Trice and George Washington Carver. The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (now SHPE/MAES) began 32 years ago!  The 1986 fashion might not be making a comeback but the legacy of excellence continues.

A Peer Wellness Educator is a new PAID, leadership position ($10/hr) in Student Wellness. 
Peer Wellness Educators will give presentations to student groups, plan and implement wellness events and programs, create and promote wellness messages/campaigns to other students, among other responsibilities.

The United Native American Student Association (UNASA) is holding their next meeting on February 15, 2017 in Design 0596 at 6:30pm.




LGBTSS Mix.Mingle.Munch events aim to give space for specific populations within the LGBTQIA+ community to find one another and build relationships. These are informal social filled with fun, food, and mingling activities. Friends, partners, and family of these communities are welcome to attend.  First event: Tuesday, February 14 at 5:30pm in the LGBTSS Center.
