Classic chocolate cake, cookies and other treats will be featured. Morning Conversations on FOOD

The Easton Hunger Coalition invites you to join them for "Morning Conversation on FOOD" at the Easton Public Market every third Wednesday at 9:00 am. The program will continue monthly and explore topics on food, our local food systems, food justice, food waste, food recovery, hunger, etc.

Learn about low-cost seasonal cooking with Buy Fresh Buy Local of the Greater Lehigh Valley and Chef Cody Dally! Chef Cody will be demonstrating a Kale Salad w/ Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Parsnip, Roasted Garlic, and White Bean Soup w/ "Dundore and Heister" Italian Sausage and Kale. It is sure to be a delicious event which includes a tour of the Highmark Farmstand. Attendees using their ACCESS/EBT cards will also learn how to Double their SNAP dollars at the Farmstand!
