Tim Keuski, Board member of the Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado (HBASC) and Membership Committee Chair, works for Pella Windows and Doors.  I was fortunate enough to meet and talk with him and learned many things about him as a person, and about Pella Windows and Doors as a business.

The name Pella Windows and Doors proves to be an obvious giveaway of what the business is about and what they sell. However, Tim went into more depth and told me that they are manufacturers of windows and doors, and will soon have 10 product lines. The company has been around for 92 years- and wow, it is still privately owned.

Tim is coming up on three years with the company, and in 2017 Tim would love to sell 1.5 million windows and doors in the Four Corners area.

While speaking with Tim, he seemed to be ambitious and willing to keep learning. This is why becoming a board member of the HBASC was essential in his career path. He liked the idea of being a part of something that will let him know what is going on, stay in tune with issues, and an organization that advocates for the builders.
