How do we get more settled in this life? Prayer and meditation are the easiest ways. Find a small area in your home, that you can turn into your sanctuary. This will be your place to start to feel good again. At least once daily settle in, breath, close your eyes and hand off your burdens to a higher source. Just let them go. Recognize how it feels to release your problems. Imagine that in your space you are able to relinquish anything that no longer serves you. In return, you are filled with love, healing, and wellness. You are fully supported and thriving in all areas of your life. Your very being is being touched by loving energy. As you grow more comfortable with this feeling of connection to higher energy, increase the size of your sanctuary. This is done by removing clutter in your home. Also by doing your meditation and prayer practice in other parts of your home. The goal is over time you will develop a wonderful sense of self as well as a deeper connection to our divine energy. You will be able to take this self-love with you where ever you go. Imagine always being nurtured and protected while you explore and grow. Mostly I am encouraging the act of self-care and self-love. You deserve it!
