Soil Restoration Notes
Short-term funds with long-term impact
During 2017 we will be providing a number of innovative investment products designed for maximum triple bottom line impact. To get started, we are offering a new short-term note that enables investors to utilize their liquidity money to support farmers that practice regenerative agriculture. The new 3 year note is callable by the investor after one year. It is initially limited to accredited investors, but will be made available to non accredited investors in the future. Make a positive impact on the planet - invest your short term/money market funds more responsibly

For ten years, we have been capitalizing the changeover from a monoculture "dead soil" agriculture to a more diverse, healthy, and profitable organic alternative. The family farmers that we are supporting are growing more nutritious, specialty foods typically on acres transitioning from commodity crops.

Targeting your liquid savings for soil impact is an important vote for the health of our planet. Living, organic soils breathe more carbon, help clean our waters, and support the pollinators critical to food production. Additionally, funds from this offering will directly impact the difficult transition years that are so challenging for our farmers.

Connecting farm families, communities, and investors since 2007.

As a corporate guideline,  we do not look for specific farmland to purchase or finance. We develop relationships with farmers, mostly young and organic, that want to grow their farm business. We move forward if we have a ready, willing and able farmer in hand.
