On January 14, a Notice was issued under section 71 of CEPA 1999. This Notice applies to approximately 1,500 chemical and polymers included as part of the 2017 Inventory Update.
Reporting is mandatory under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) for facilities that meet the requirements of the Notice published in the Canada Gazette, Part I.
The deadline for reporting is July 17, 2017, 3 p.m. EDST.

Responses to this notice shall be submitted to the Minister of the Environment by July 17, 2017, 3 p.m., EST, using the online reporting system available through Environment and Climate Change Canada's Single Window at
https://ec.ss.ec.gc.ca/ .
