Dear Friends & Partners,
With immediate effect, Kenya Airports Authority have cancelled permissions for airside Meet & Greet. Therefore (just like every other modern airport), guests arriving at JKIA Nairobi International Airport will work their own way through immigration and luggage collection. As you all know, the system in Nairobi is very straight forward.
As always, our Cheli & Peacock airport representative and transfer driver will be awaiting guests immediately outside the arrivals door:
- For all Kenya Airways and Skyteam partners, after immigration and luggage collection, guests will exit the arrivals building and cross the road to where our Cheli & Peacock representative will be waiting with a paging board.
- For other airlines, after immigration and luggage collection, guests will exit the arrivals hall and walk out through a ramp. At the end of the ramp, our Cheli & Peacock representative will be waiting with a paging board.
For those who had pre-booked airside Meet & Greet, you will be contacted by your Tour Consultant, and a credit note or quote adjustment will be made to your file. This situation may change in the future, and Cheli & Peacock will let you know of any updates.
