Hi Stu:
Even though it has been a tough summer so far up here at the top of the South Island, I have been having considerable success in the last 2 weeks with your willow grub fly, fished behind a bead-head (caddis ); the fish have just smashed it. It has been particularly productive on a small stream in the Nelson area which is less than 5 metres wide; I have had 4.5. & 5.5 lb fish in the last 10 days. Many thanks for a great fly!
Who was it who sung " 'ave a banana"? I thought it was Joe Brown & the Bruvvers, but I am probably wrong .......
