Welcome to my February newsletter!
The real estate market is off to quite the start this year; prices are continuing to climb with there being an abundance of home buyers and sellers being hesitant to put their homes on the market without knowing where they are moving to. It's a classic example of supply and demand and as long as we have such a drastic shortage of homes on the market, prices will continue to exceed expectations!
See below for two featured listings. One is a gorgeous, 3 bedroom executive townhome in Hogg's Hollow; a beautiful neighborhood backing onto parks, golf and right on the transit line. Second is a super spacious 2 bedroom condo in the heart of the downtown core.
You'll also find 15 not-to-be-missed February events, a list of the city's best fusion restaurants and a popular post from my blog about what to look for in an investment condo.
As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Investing in a Toronto Condo
Toronto's real estate market continues to set new records. As of the end of 2016, the average price was up by over 17%. Of course, naysayers think this level of growth is unsustainable and we'll likely see a cooling off, but I believe that for the most part, home and condo prices in Toronto will continue to rise.
