Guidance on Document Retention Requirements for Suppliers of Hazardous Products
Suppliers of hazardous products have an obligation under section 14.3 of the HPA to prepare and maintain documents, including true copies of labels and SDSs as well as sales and purchasing information. These documents must be provided to the Minister of Health or an inspector upon written request and must be stored in Canada and retained for a specified period of time.

as it is referenced in the document.  
Draft screening assessment for acetic anhydride
The CMP is has a draft screening assessment for acetic anhydride that is published for a 60-day public comment period ending on March 29, 2017. Click for more details. You can search for this substance in your inventory in msdsBinders under Reports > Find (M)SDS in Binders; search your inventory for CAS No. 108-24-7.   
Draft screening assessment for Ethane, Propane, Isobutane, Butane and Butane
The draft screening assessment for Ethane, Propane, Isobutane, Butane and Butane (branched and linear) was published online for a 60-day public comment period ending on March 29, 2017. You can search for these substances in your inventory using msdsBinders under Reports > Find (M)SDS by Regulatory List and select CEPA 2017 Short Chain Alkanes.
Update to Alberta Air Monitoring Site & Opportunity to Review Chapter 9 Draft Reporting Forms 
Chapter 9 draft reporting forms have been posted for stakeholder review and can be downloaded from their site. Feedback is requested by March 3, 2017 to [email protected].

All 9 Chapters of AMD have been re-released with no new requirements and it can be viewed online. Chapter 1 had the most changes.
Reminder to send in Feedback on the Proposed TDG Regulatory Changes: closes Feb 22, 2017.
Comments need to be submitted by Feb 22, 2017 for proposed regulatory changes for TDG.  Public consultation is open until February 28, 2017 for Part 6 (training) of TDG. Changes can be read on Transport Canada's website.

Deadline for SDS Authoring is May 31
