Harrar is the wild cousin of Ethiopian
coffees, and this one is the wildest yet!
A dry-processed beauty, this one jumped
off the cupping table and continues to be
a favorite.  It is a complex cup with an unbelievable fruit flavors of raspberry and cherry.

Deep, rich and satisfying, with some notes of chocolate. Made with a French press, it is incredibly satisfying, and I always look forward to morning, when I can have it again.

Happy Thursday!

I don't know about you, but we've been having some crazy weather in NC!  We are experiencing four seasons in one week!  That's insane!  No matter what the weather brings, people love their comfort food.  Maybe hot soup or chili in the winter; perhaps ice cream in the summer.  However, we have found that coffee is a year round comfort.  Drink it hot, iced, black or sweetened; you can't go wrong with a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Exciting news-  Jim just submitted his application for a Visa to Kenya!  If all goes well, he will be traveling next month.  It's been a long time since we've had any Kenya in stock.   Stay tuned for more information in the weeks to come.

On February 25th, The Western Wake Farmer's Market is hosting it's inaugural annual hug-your-farmer cocktail party.  Proceeds from this event and the raffle will supplement WWFM's fundraising efforts to sustain it's ongoing efforts to develop a permanent home in the Town of Morrisville.  Please consider joining us!
