We are proud to have served Wisconsin women and their families for the past 20 years, and we will continue to address the topics that most impact women's wellness. We look forward to the opportunities and partnerships we'll have in the new year to innovate, impact, and improve women's health. 


Healthy Hearts

February is almost here, and that means Heart Health Month! WWHF has a great texting campaign to help you work towards your healthiest heart.  This free service is available to any woman in Wisconsin and provides supportive text messages to help with controlling important risk factors for heart disease.

JANUARY HIGHLIGHTS
Webinar: "I Feel Your Pain: The downside of being a helper"

On January 19th, the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation staff hosted Dr. Ann Rolling from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. Rolling presented on the importance of self-care.The webinar included examples of how you can enhance your well-being, both in your personal and professional life.

WWHF perinatal program providers are invited to join us as we focus on strategies for fostering long-term behavior change.  We are excited to have a variety of presenters and sessions in support of this theme, including Dr. John Weaver who will presenting "Six Ways Participants Irrationally Fail to Choose Wellness - And What You Can Do About It."
