Scrip/Fundraising
The World's Finest Chocolate will start this Friday, January 27. If a permission slip has been turned in, the candy will come home with your child. If your child is an 8 th grader and has younger siblings at school, it will come home with them. We do have extra stock but we will not be ordering additional after this amount is gone. If you want more after your initial amount has been sold, you may get more by sending a note to school or calling in. Parents may also pick up their chocolate after 1:00 p.m. if they wish.

The Spring Gifts Fundraiser will end on Friday, February 3. Orders will need to be turned in no later than Monday, February 6. Pick up will be Wednesday, March 8 from 3-5:30 in the school cafeteria.

Sears and Kmart in Jefferson City are closing. Kmart told me their last day is March 19. I do not know the last day for Sears. I will be removing them from the order list the next time I have to make copies. I do not know about the stores in Columbia.

I am leaving Barnes and Noble on the order sheet for now as the store in Columbia is still open.

Remember that for every $250 spent in scrip your name is entered in a drawing to win the amount of a sustaining fee. This amount can also be sent to Helias Catholic High School.

The fiscal Scrip year will end March 27. The pick up of the Spring Frozen Foods/Cookie Dough will not be until April; however, those profits will go toward the current fund raising year.
