C&G Expands Antitrust Practice with the Addition of Former DOJ Attorney

Cohen & Gresser is pleased to announce the addition of counsel Lara Kroop Delamarre to our Paris office. Lara's practice focuses on antitrust, trade regulation, white collar investigations, and international arbitration. Her extensive civil and criminal antitrust experience has included both investigative and prosecutorial matters across a broad spectrum of industries. Lara joins us after over a decade of experience at Shearman and Sterling's Paris office and the U.S. Department of Justice, where she led numerous white collar investigations.

"Lara's experience in France and at the DOJ adds considerable depth to our Paris practice," said Muriel Goldberg-Darmon, head of the firm's white collar defense and investigations practice in Paris. "She is a wonderful addition and will further enhance our strong cross-border capabilities."

"I am thrilled that Lara has decided to join Cohen & Gresser," said Melissa Maxman, head of the firm's antitrust and competition practice and Managing Partner of the firm's D.C. office. "Her antitrust expertise will allow the firm to better serve our international client base on matters in both the United States and Europe."
