We'll light the menorah, eat delicious latkes, sing together, and more!  The event is open to all who want to celebrate and all who are curious about the holiday. The event will be on Main Street in Ridgefield at the CVS Plaza (by Prime Burger). For more information, visit the event's page on Facebook.
Make the 8th night of Hanukkah a Giving Night for your kids or anyone else on your giving list. Make a donation either to the TBC Tzedakah Fund to support any or all of our projects or choose one to which you and/or your kids feel some connection. For some suggestions, just contact Peggy or Jane.

Your Social Action Committee, using your generous donations to the Tzedakah fund, has provided 12 $100  gift cards, through Wilton Social Services, for less fortunate children in Wilton
Do a Mitzvah in Your Sleep!

We need volunteers to help at the Overflow Homeless Shelter in Danbury. Our first week of coverage is 12/25-12/31. Contact Peggy Zamore at socialaction@templebnaichaim.org if interested! More information here!

By participating in this mitzvah you are helping to provide a warm place for people to spend the night during the coldest time of the year. Without us supporting this project, two dozen people might be out on the street looking for a place to huddle for the night. Please help!
Hanukkah Mitzvah Opportunity at Jewish Senior Services

Do you have an hour to spare during this Holiday season to spread the Hanukkah light? Just one hour would mean so much to the residents at Jewish Senior Services . Perhaps you could bring your choir to perform, some children to sing Hanukkah songs, have a candle-lighting ceremony or help the Residents light their own menorahs. If you are unable to get to JSS, perhaps you could make cards or Hanukkah decorations. If you are interested, please call Ellen Ashkins at (203) 365-6417 or email her at eashkins@jseniors.org .
Kosher Bakery and Catering Menu at Jewish Senior Services

Buy Grocery Cards - Help Support TBC!

Stop & Shop, Caraluzzi's, and Stew Leonard's have agreed to sell the Temple gift cards at a discount of 5-10%. Our congregants purchase the gift cards (they look just like credit cards) from the Temple at face value and use them as cash when shopping at the participating supermarkets. They may be purchased in increments of $100. Please email certificates@templebnaichaim.org if you have any questions and to purchase the cards.
