What are you interested in studying in college?
In college I hope to major in Business, or Computer Engineering.
What has been the best part of
senior
year so far?
My favorite moment of senior year so far was the football team's senior night. It was our last game in front our fans and we pulled out a great team win.
What will you miss about high school?
I will miss playing football with my teammates and going to school with my good friends.
What are you looking forward to in college?
I am looking forward to new experiences,
independence
and working towards a career that I really enjoy.

on't be afraid to ask for help, have an open mind about your college options, and maintain connections with your teachers, counselors, coaches etc. after you graduate

ON-THE-SPOT-EVENT
On Wednesday
, February 15th,
Wheaton High School is hosting an On-the-Spot admissions event. Students who sign up will meet with college admissions staff members, who will make admissions decisions on the same day.

SPRING WORKSHOPS FOR SENIORS
Seniors are invited to attend spring workshops to learn about additional financial aid opportunities, complete scholarship applications, and learn about financial aid award letters. The workshops being offered this spring are:
- Central Scholarship (week of 2/6)
- Delegate and Senatorial Scholarships (week of 3/6)
- Central Scholarship Wrap-Up (week 3/13)
- Letters( week of 3/23)

Did you know...?
The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) is a land-grant, historically black college founded in 1886 as the Delaware Conference Academy.
Today, UMES offers major programs leading to B.A. and B.S. degrees in 26 disciplines in the arts and sciences, professional studies and agricultural sciences.
There are approximately 3,300 students enrolled; 93% are undergraduates. Students have various backgrounds and come from 30 states and 55 other countries. 55% of the students live in on-campus housing.
Ocean City is only 1 hour from the campus. The campus is located 13 miles south of the town of Salisbury, which provides shopping and recreational facility.
