It's hard to believe RMG Fridays have been taking place on the first Friday of every month, for the past six years!
Time flies when you're busy celebrating local creative talent.
Always buzzing with energy, RMG Fridays showcase live musical performances, interactive art experiences, open gallery spaces, social mingling and more!

6th Birthday Bash
is set for
Feb. 3
, from 7 to 10 p.m., at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery (RMG) in Oshawa. It is free for all ages to attend. You won't want to miss special performances by the Birds of Bellwoods and the O'Neill Collegiate Senior Dance Ensemble. See you at the celebration!

Polar Plunge
Are you ready to take the plunge?
Take part as an individual or register a team! Hot tubs will be available to warm up in after you take your dip.
There will be activities for the whole family to enjoy, so be sure to arrive early to enjoy music, a fish pond for children, snacks, hot chocolate and more!

Celebrate Black History Month
This year's theme is Together, One Canada Strong, and will feature a dynamic line up
of performances by local musicians and dance groups.
This event is free to attend, and will also include an address from key note speaker Emmanuel Jal, a South Sudanese-Canadian musician, actor, former child soldier, political activist and former refugee.
Come and enjoy an evening honouring the beauty of African history!

OSHAWA
See Blue Rodeo Live!
After selling more than four million albums over the past 30 years, and receiving countless awards, Blue Rodeo is touring once again!
The iconic Canadian band will be making a stop in Oshawa at the Tribute Communities Centre, for a show on Feb. 11.
The 1000 Arms tour will feature new favourites from the band's 14th studio album, which was released in October 2016, as well as many of the songs we have all come to know and love.

Winter Wonderlearn
Go wild this Family Day!
Spend the day with the kids at the Winter Wonderlearn festival, participating in interactive activities about animals and nature.
Special guests Zoo to You will be visiting the Clarington Public Library, Courtice Branch, offering free shows throughout the day.
Kids of all ages will love the chance to get up close to a variety of exotic animals, including chinchillas, lizards, tarantulas and pythons! This free event takes place Feb. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
