Happy Valentines Day!

Here at the SportsPlex we know how important it is to love your body and continue to stay on track with your fitness journey. Here are our weekly reminders. 
Weekly Schedule

The gym courts WILL BE available all weekend with the exception of Saturday, February 18, from 6:00-7:00 pm

On February 18, the SportsPlex will be closing the lower level at 6:00 pm due to a rental. The upstairs will remain open.
Optimist  Baseball & Softball Registration

Optimist Baseball & Softball, Tee Ball and Spring Soccer registrations will begin on February 22. Parents can find registration forms online or at the front desk.

Indoor Duathlon Coming Up






Stay On Track With Our InBody 570



Want to keep track of your fitness goals? Try out our InBody 570   machine.  It allows you to analyze your body composition, muscle-fat, obesity, segmental lean, and much more. Nonmembers can use it $8.

Indoor Driving Range & Golf Simulator
The Fieldhouse indoor driving range hours will run throughout the winter season.  
Driving Range will be open on T/TH/F from 7:30 AM-11:30 AM.
Don't forget about our Golf Simulator! It is available 7 days a week! 
Monday-Friday 9AM - 4PM: Member Rate $10/hr   Nonmember Rate $25/hr
Monday-Friday 4PM - 8PM: Member Rate $25/hr    Nonmember Rate $35/hr

Please be courteous to others during lap swim. If all three lanes are being used, we can shut off resistant lane for pool weight walkers.

Also, please remember to bring a second pair of shoes when coming to workout. We want to keep the building looking as nice and clean as possible.
