Do you find yourself battling fatigue and feeling overburdened with your current workout program? Consider a Pilates class for a refreshing change! 
Pilates can make a difference to your health without taking a toll on your body. The emphasis on proper breathing technique, correct pelvic and spinal alignment, and smooth flowing movements will teach you to move your body in safer, more efficient ways. With your musculature more evenly balanced, greater joint mobility, and better control of your core, you'll be able to perform your gym workouts with greater ease and less chance of injury.

Trico Centre now offers three drop-in Pilates classes a week. Our newest class on Fridays 6:05 to 6:50am is a perfect start to the workday. Classes also run Tuesdays  12:00-1:00pm and Thursdays 9:15-10:15am.

Our Pilates classes are one of the many ways we support a long-term approach to active living, whatever your fitness level.
