A Message from the Chair
BIA to Launch New Website Tomorrow

I am pleased to announce that the North State BIA's new website will officially be live tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7. After several weeks of preparation, we will have a new, dynamic website that will serve as an effective online hub for our industry.
The IDEA District is a creative community that wants to challenge status quo thinking in residential development. Simply put, there's always a better, smarter, more elegant and sustainable way of doing things.

If that sounds intriguing, then join us this Thursday for:

"Take a Risk Pill: A conversation about taking risks, failures, and recoveries with speakers from the coffee, cannabis and government industries."

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
The North State BIA's Government and Public Affairs department works on behalf of the industry by advocating for public policies that foster a healthy building climate in order to ensure that well-planned communities continue growing to meet the region's housing needs.
