Winter Congregational Meeting

Dear Members of First Universalist Church of Denver,
The Board of Trustees invites you to attend the Winter Congregational Meeting on Sunday, February 12, 2017, in the Hamilton Middle School auditorium immediately following the 10:00 a.m. service. The Leadership Development Committee will assist with member registration beginning at 9:15 a.m. There will be a potluck in the cafeteria following the congregational meeting.
The agenda includes a review and discussion of the goal budget for Fiscal Year (FYE) 2018, which begins July 1, 2017; vote on the designation of Rev. Stephan Papa as Minister Emeritus; and a BFF update.
Two Budget Q&A Meetings: Jan. 29 and Feb. 5
Before the congregational meeting, there will be two opportunities to review and discuss the FYE 18 goal budget, and the decision making process which goes into its development. Join members of the Finance Committee, Board Of Trustees and Rev. Shero at the Forum, temporarily held at Plymouth Congregational Church, on January 29 at 12:30 p.m., or attend the Town Hall Meeting on February 5 in the cafeteria at Hamilton Middle School following the 10:00 a.m. service.
2016 was a year of accomplishment and change.
