South Park Renews in 2018!
Every five years, the BID goes through the renewal process. 2018 is special - we'll be merging South Park II into the Greater South Park BID. If you're a property owner and have enjoyed the clean and safe services that the BID provides, or have participated in any of the events or programming, we ask that you'll consider supporting the renewal. Please stay tuned for more information as this process unfolds and reach out to Interim Executive Director, Ellen Riotto, with questions or concerns:

Downtown LA Construction Boom is Largest in Nearly a Century
The Downtown LA skyline has changed considerably in just the past few years, with the Wilshire Grand now nearing complete and the first of four buildings in the towering Metropolis complex just about move-in ready. Plenty of other projects are on the way--in South Park and beyond-- and the pace of new development is now on pace to eclipse the skyscraper boom that reshaped the area in the 1980's.
