"Hi Cristina. This report you generated reallyhelps to clearly identify our top products. I'd like you to now determine and get to me as soon as you can, what are our lowest 3 revenue producing products along with several cost- effective recommendations. This is something I know the marketing department could use ASAP."

   How to Respond to an "I" Boss?
- Express your pleasure at hearing from them.
- Validate their feelings.
- Let them know you're looking forward to working with them to solve the "opportunity."

Example
"Thanks Andres. Glad to hear the report is what you were looking for. And, sure I can move a few things around in my schedule so I can get started on this today. I can see why the marketing department would like this information ASAP. I'll provide you update in the morning, if that is okay?"
