| Does your child need hearing aids? |
| The Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation has a hearing aid program that offers low to no-cost hearing aids from the countrys best hearing aid manufacturers. Services are available for children, birth to 19 years old. |

| Program Qualifications |
 |
Age: Birth-19 years (over 19 years can qualify for the Adult Hearing Program) |
| |
Hearing: Your child will need a current hearing test performed by a Lighthouse provider |
| |
Family Income: Must be between 100% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (Up to $8,083 monthly income for a household of four) |
| |
Residency: One parent/guardian must be a Georgia resident for at least one year |
| |
Insurance Status: Uninsured of insurance denial for hearing aids |
| |
Identification: Birth certificate or valid Georgia ID card |

| About the Lighthouse |
Our mission is to provide vision and hearing services through education, detection, prevention and treatment. Through collaborative partnerships we enable greater independence and increased quality of life for Georgians in financial need.
We provide Georgia residents of all ages with vision screenings, eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, vision surgeries and hearing aids.
