This 2-hour course with help administrators and caregivers have a clearer understanding of what a new resident has experienced prior to moving into their new home (RCFE/ARF).  Shawna Beck will discuss the different scenarios of common family dynamics and emotions that are happening during the search for a new home, along with common events that have caused the resident to require a more supportive environment.
