HFMA Colorado Chapter Annual Conference Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration 

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

Paid exhibits include one full registration. Annual sponsors will recieve complimentary registrations as denoted in their annual sponsor benefits. Additional personnel attending the event will be charged at member rate.

Preferred Partner Sponsorship:  $150   We are excited about offering the attendees a fun indoor mini golf like environment (e.g., golf shots, games and activities hosted by you at your booth.)  This sponsorship will add your booth and Company name to the gamecard. IF YOU ARE NOT AN ANNUAL SPONSOR OF OUR CHAPTER, YOU MUST MAKE THIS SELECTION TO BE PLACED ON THE GAMECARD. This is included for annual sponsors.

Set-Up/Dismantle: Exhibitor agrees to have their exhibit in place before the official opening of the exhibition and have their exhibit dismantled and removed after the closing of the exhibition. Many exhibit tables will be set up around of the perimeter of the conference space. Exhibitors agree that no early teardowns shall be attempted and that early teardowns are not permitted.

Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a raffle prize outside of the Grand Prize that will be given away with the mini-golf gamecards. Don’t forget to bring a receptacle for collecting business cards! 

Cancellation: Your cancellation must be submitted prior to March 1, 2017 in order to receivea full refund. Any cancellations after March 1, 2017 will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of their registration fee.

All sponsorships, except for the major event sponsor, includes one full registration. Keynote Sponsor (opportunity to introduce your company and the speaker) $2,000.  Includes: exclusive signage during the keynote address and logo in brochure

Attendee Breaks Sponsor (sponsorship of all refreshment breaks - 3 slots) $900.  Includes: signage at all breaks and logo in brochure

Breakfast Sponsor (sponsorship for 2 days, 3 slots available) $1,500.  Includes: signage at both meals and logo in brochure
