The gym is now full!  It sure is nice to hear all the chatter and excitement, while seeing returning faces, and meeting new ones.   Now it's time to focus on the season at hand =)

WAVE Beach Hosted its First College Beach Invitational 

USC, UCLA, and Cal Poly battled it out at the WAVE Sand Facility on Saturday, November 18th.  Spectators were treated to some high quality play that kept them on their toes and wanting more.  

A big THANK YOU to all of you that volunteered and came out to watch.  You helped make the event a success!

The Fall Beach program is in its last few weeks.  Practices are  offered Monday through Saturday (Saturday is high school only).

**ALL FALL SESSIONS MUST BE USED BY DECEMBER 22, 2017**

The Winter/Spring program will begin January 8, 2018.  Packages & session drop-ins are available for purchase. Come train by registering today!

Knee Rehab

Strength and stability in the knees requires a coordinated effort from the knee and foot. The goal of this exercise or pre-hab is to strengthen the natural shock absorption system. This starts at the foot and works its way up the torso.
Workout with WASP
Join the Sport Injury Prevention ISPE Program for athletes looking at an alternative PE program.  Check with your school and Amber for more information.
