Grab & Go Breakfast

It has been 4 weeks of breakfast offerings at IS. Though PTSA has shown support of this by offering free breakfast to about 30+ students on Thursday morning on a first come first serve basis, without enough students; 30-50 per day buying breakfast, the program will most likely end. If you would like to see this program continue, please have your student buy breakfast and/or contact Dr. Jen Rose.

Breakfast is from 7:40-8:10 AM. For $2.75, students can buy a choice of "Grab & Go" breakfast entrees: egg/meat cheese bagel breakfast sandwiches, muffins and yoghurt parfaits, coffee cake or breakfast breads, canned or fresh fruit and choice of milk or juice. This is an a la carte program. Your school lunch account is available to pay for this. For free and reduced plans, the cost is free.

If you are planning a trip over mid-winter break that includes school days, please refer to the attendance policy regarding prearranging absences. The completed paperwork for a prearranged absence needs to be in to the attendance office at least 5 school days before the absence. The attendance policy and prearranged absence form, can be found on the front page of the school website, 'Report an Absence'.
