Chillicothe Plaza, located in Chillicothe, Ohio, is situated along North Bridge Street which is the dominant retail corridor and boasts traffic counts of over 42,000 vehicles per day. The center is anchored by Big Lots, Hobby Lobby, Kroger (not owned), and Lowe's (not owned). The property is situated among three major retail developments totaling over 600,000 SF and featuring over 25 major retailers including Home Depot, Office Max, CVS, JCPenney, Sears, TJMaxx, Dick's Sporting Goods, Petco, and Menards. The property features national tenants Belk, Carrabba's, and Anytime Fitness and is contiguous to Lowe's and Walmart Supercenter. The property is positioned on Terre Haute's premier retail corridor and in close proximity to Towne South Plaza, Honey Creek Shoppes and directly across from Honey Creek Mall, which includes national retailers Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, and Carson's.
