In an effort to give all ELCA congregations in the Northwest Washington Synod a better database as they consider how they pay and compensate their Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) workers, we ask that you fill out this survey.
This survey should be filled out by each individual CYF worker -- so if your congregation has multiple workers under the "Children, Youth, and Family Ministry" umbrella, one survey should be filled out for each worker.
For volunteers, please fill out all the required questions to the best of your knowledge. For paid staff, please fill out all questions so we have the most accurate data pertaining to your specific context.
