We are excited about some of the new items on menus at Oxbow Public Market, including the confit albacore tuna salad at Eiko's, the grilled branzino at Kitchen Door, and the Olympia oysters at Hog Island. We also love the new items to take home, from the manchego jalapeño boule at Cate & Co. to the Chardonnay brittle at Anette's Chocolates, and of course, ingredients for cooking like bee pollen from Whole Spice and bulk olive oil from The Olive Press.

Hog Island Oyster Co. welcomes the Olympia oyster, the oyster lover's oyster. This month Hog Island features Olympia oysters from the beautiful Pacific Northwest's Totten and Little Skookum Inlets in Washington state.
